Born in Shanghai in 1962, graduated from ShanghaiTech University with a bachelor's degree, and later studied in the Executive MBA program at Tsinghua University.

In 1989, he founded Hainan Lingao Lida Electric Vehicle Factory (a naval enterprise) and served as the factory director, developing Hainan's first electric bicycle.

Established Haikou Shenda Industrial Development Company (Navy Enterprise) in 1994.

Established Wanquanhe International Holiday Tourism Resort Co., Ltd. in 1995; In the same year, the first "International Aviation Club" was established in Hainan Province.

Established Hainan Boao Zhongzu Sports Comprehensive Training Base Co., Ltd. in 2001.

In 2003, we jointly developed the "Boao Haicheng International Sports Tourism Zone" with the listed company Shenzhen SEG. The project covers an area of 3000 acres and has a total investment of 1.3 billion yuan.

In 2005, a framework agreement was signed with the People's Government of Qionghai City, Hainan Province, and a cooperation agreement was signed with Kelly Group. The project covers an area of 3000 acres and has a total investment of 3 billion yuan.

In 2006, Guangsheng Nonferrous successfully acquired Hainan Xingye Polyester; In the same year, the company under its name participated in the real estate construction of Kaiheng Center Phase II and III on the East Second Ring Road in Beijing, and later changed its name to Chaowai SOHO.

Established in 2007, Hainan Boao Hongshitan Investment Co., Ltd. invested 150 million yuan to develop the Haoting project on the west coast of Haikou. Founded in 2009, Beijing Hongshitan Investment Management Co., Ltd. invested in the purchase of the headquarters office building, Guanhu International Building.

In 2010, we collaborated with the Swedish government to prepare for the Hainan Ecological International Tourism Resort project. Based on the first-line sea view, we built a golf course, yacht club and clubhouse, duty-free shopping mall, international seven star hotel, low-carbon and environmentally friendly leisure and health apartments, etc. The total investment amount was about 35 billion yuan.

In 2011, we invested in the construction of Jiading Clubhouse in Building C15 of Shanghai Jiahua Villa, which was named "Fengming Pavilion" in 2013.

In 2012, we invested in Qianbo Group and collaborated to develop and build the "Boao Lecheng International Medical Advanced Zone". This project is currently the only tertiary industry park in China that has received formal approval from the State Council, with medical tourism as its main focus and dedicated to developing modern service industries. In the same year, the "Centennial Bank of China Night" large-scale cultural and artistic evening was successfully held for Bank of China; Carry out investment and financing business; Develop tertiary projects and operate specialty restaurants in Hainan.

In early 2013, the Boao Asian Cultural Fund was established. During Master Xingyun's trip to Hainan, he stayed at the Hainan Golden Coast Hotel and held a "roundtable meeting" with the CEO of the group company, laying the foundation for the establishment of the Boao Asian Cultural Fund.

In October 2013, Master Xingyun traveled to Beijing and arranged a team to be responsible for the master's entire diet, daily life, and travel, listening closely to the master's life philosophy and wisdom.

In 2014, "Redstone Capital" actively carried out strategic layout in North and South China, creating a "giant" in China's financial factor trading market and establishing the "Redstone Exchange Group". The first "Redstone Entrepreneur Strategic Alliance Summit" was held in the same year.

From 2019 to 2021, he donated huge amounts of anti epidemic materials to the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area and Anhui, and provided international assistance to countries such as Japan, Portugal, and Armenia to fight against the epidemic. Former Japanese Prime Minister Yukio Hatoyama personally sent a thank-you letter to Shen Feng.

From 2021 to 2022, founded the Peace Ambassador Club and served as its CEO.
